One can be young at 50 years.
Nirmala Furnisherss, established in 1967 believes that sincerity, perseverance and an insatiable thirst for progress makes Nirmala Furnisherss a progressive and a youthful company.
Our Founder Mr. Jasbir Singh Chass started a small time business from home after completing his schooling and an Interior Designing course in October 1967, his worked picked up and in 1968 he immediately took a small workshop in Hammer Smith Industrial Estate - Mahim on rent. Later in 1970, bought an ownership workshop 1065 sqft, at Mahim Service Industrial Estate, to which he added two further units with in two to three years time.
In the year 1971, Nirmala Furnisherss was converted into a partnership firm, from a sole proprietorship.
One can never forget their first love; we did our first large Interior work with State Bank of India at Opera House.
Thereafter with the support of our clients who are with us even today, and a team who shared the same commitment as their leader, NirmalaFurnisherss delivered projects relentlessly, gaining goodwill among vendors, clients and sub contractors. We do a wide gamut of projects for Banks, Data Centers, Corporate Offices, adhering to their Interior, HVAC, Civil needs, providing complete Turn Key solutions.We have delivered more than 670 branches of SBI, repeatedly worked with TATA group, Turner International, IBM, WIPRO, HP, Indian Oil Corp., Ministry of External Affairs, Air India, done Lakme store in Moscow - Russia to name a few.
In the year 1982, Nirmala Furnisherss started a new workshop and shifted office to Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West. In the year 2002 Mr. Rashpaal J Singh joined in as parther to Nirmala Furnisherss bringing in fresher ideas and newer method of business into the company.
Further, in 2011, Mr. Rashpaal J Singh envisioned a need for Multifunctional Furniture in the market and started Ekseption, Alive Spaces, an Import house, importing furniture primarily from Italy.
Since 2017, we have a workshop at Bhiwandi to facilitate our imports and also our workmanship works, this enables up to save time and cost thereby integrating the supply chain to meet timely deliveries.
50 is definitely not an old age for Nirmala Furnisherss, perhaps not even 100!

Nirmala Furnisherss is headed by Mr. Jasbir Singh Chass, who infuses the firm's Planning and execution work with a strong entrepreneurial sensibility. The technical soundness and quality consciousness of projects carried out reflect his keen eye for details. Composed under any situation, he has the vision and patience to allow a situation to mature in time, be it talent or a new venture, his team is along with him since the start of his career. He speaks more than seven languages and is able to connect with varied cultures easily adopting their local style. When not at work, especially on a Sunday morning, one can see him doing sewa at the gurudwara, or heading society meetings. He has won several accreditations for his service to society and is a renowned personality in his community and area of work. Mr. Jasbir Singh takes great pride in his work, and his job satisfaction comes from being able to work with his customers to achieve their goals and give them real solutions.
